Scope
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the deliveries of all printed products of
Restaurierung Stefan Drescher, (hereinafter seller)

Subject matter of the contract
The subject of the respective contract is the binding offer of printed products with the authorship of Stefan Drescher (self-promotion) by the seller to the buyer via the respective internet presence of the seller for the conclusion of a purchase contract.
Contract language, conclusion of contract, payment and shipping
Contractual language is - depending on the original language of the respective website - German or English.
The Buyer may place a binding order for printed materials offered by the Seller via the Seller's websites. Using the corresponding button "Order author copy by email", the buyer places a binding order. The purchase contract is concluded when the Buyer receives an e-mail confirmation with an invoice. Pursuant to § 19 UStG (German Value Added Tax Act), no sales tax is shown on the seller's invoice.
The dispatch of the ordered printed products is carried out by the seller immediately after receipt of payment, preferably as a book shipment or, at the buyer's request, as an insured shipment for an additional charge.
Revocation
If the buyer is a consumer, he is legally entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal within the EU. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity.
The buyer can informally revoke without giving reasons by e-mail, fax or letter. The period begins at the earliest on the day after receipt of the goods. To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the revocation before the expiry of the 14-day period. The revocation is to be sent to:

If the buyer as a consumer makes use of his right of withdrawal, he has to bear the regular costs of the return.
The Buyer shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss in value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary for the inspection of the goods.
The Buyer shall return or hand over the goods to the Seller without undue delay and in any case not later than within fourteen days from the day on which the Buyer has informed the Seller of the revocation of this contract.
The deadline is met if the buyer sends the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
Warranty, liability
The Seller's warranty in the event of a defect in the goods and the Seller's liability for damages shall be governed by the statutory provisions.
Final provisions
These General Terms and Conditions and the respective concluded purchase contract shall be governed exclusively by German law to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. In the event that the Buyer is a consumer, this shall only apply to the extent that the protection granted is not withdrawn by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has his habitual residence.
Should one or more clauses of these terms and conditions be invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
