Data Privacy Policy

This document is based on the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG) in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO). In addition, other legal provisions, such as tax regulations - § 147 tax code - to be observed. Definitions of the terms used in the DSGVO can be found in the appendix to this declaration.

As a free restoration workshop, we take the privacy seriously and thank you for using our service and visiting our website.

Server data

You can use our online information without giving any personal data. The digital transmission of data always has risks in the form of security vulnerabilities, so full protection against access by third parties is not feasible.
Our web hosting provider collects data that your browser transmits through access to the pages and saves these as "server log files".

The following data is logged:
● browser type / version,
● operating system of your media device,
● name of your Internet service provider (ISP),
● Referrer URL (the previously visited page),
● Host name of the accessing computer - IP address - (possibly in anonymous form),
● Time of the server request.

The data collected are only for statistical analysis and to improve server and website security. However, the website operator reserves the right to retrospectively check the server logfiles should concrete evidence point to unlawful use.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files which i.a. be used for the realization of the server log files. Cookies are also used on our websites. The cookies do not store any security-relevant data. The data collected by cookies are necessary for the protection of our and the legitimate interests of third parties.

A use of our offers is also possible without cookies. Most browsers are set to automatically accept cookies. However, you can disable the storage of cookies or set your browser to notify you when cookies are sent. However, it is possible that some features and services of our offer will not work properly if your cookies are disabled.

Using Google Maps

Our websites use Google Maps API to illustrate the geographic location of our workshop. When using Google Maps, Google also collects, processes and uses data about the use of map features by visitors.

Collection of personal data

When you contact us, we will store the data you provide in this context for contact purposes for further processing until the expiry of the legal retention period. We also proceed with your data that you provide us in connection with placing an order and that we process for the execution of a work contract, accounting, bookkeeping and possible shipping.

Specifically, the following personal data are collected for these purposes:

NAME, FIRST NAME, E-MAIL ADDRESS, COMPANY NAME, VAT ID NO., ROAD, HOUSE NUMBER, TOWN PART, POSTCODE, LOCATION, COUNTRY, TELEPHONE, FAX.

Your personal data will only be transmitted to third parties if:

● you have given us your explicit consent,
● the processing is required to execute a contract with you - inclusion of shipping service providers or similar,
● the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation,
● processing is necessary to protect legitimate interests and there is no reason to believe that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your information.

You are entitled to request information about the data stored by us, to ask for your data and to correct incorrect data. You may request a blocking (restriction) or deletion of personal data; revoke a given consent - provided that your request is not contrary to statutory storage requirements.

Change of privacy information

We reserve the right to change or amend this Privacy Policy based on applicable laws and regulations.
